1. No Refunds or Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns on any products once an order has been placed and delivered.
Please ensure you check product details, size guides, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. Replacement Policy for Defective Products
We only offer replacement in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product. To be eligible for a replacement:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect/damage.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Our quality check team will review the claim, and if approved, a replacement will be initiated.
Note: Replacements are subject to product availability. If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of similar value.
3. Process for Requesting a Replacement
To request a replacement:
Email us at contact@haadoti.com with your Order ID and photos/videos of the issue.
Our team will verify your claim within 2–4 business days.
If approved, you’ll be required to send the product back to us at your cost.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send the replacement.
4. Conditions for Replacement
Replacement requests may be rejected if:
The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
The product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration.
The product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
The defect claim is not supported by adequate proof.
5. International Orders
For international shipments, replacements are available, but return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Customs delays or charges are not eligible reasons for replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
